What are your showroom hours?

Grant’s Rental is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm and on Saturday from 8am to noon. We are also available for appointment only after our regular business hours. Please call for more information.

 

What is our cancellation Policy?

Grant’s Rental requires 50% down to reserve items. This insures that your items will be available for you. If cancellation occurs generally you will forfeit your deposit. Management may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

 

How do I place an order?

You are welcome to stop in the showroom and place your order. We also will take your order over the phone. You can also email your order to us at grantsrental@wvdsl.net.

 

How do I pay for my order?

As stated before, if you reserve ahead of time you will pay 50% down and the balance before delivery or pickup. Grant’s Rental requires a credit card and driver license which we will keep on file until the items are returned. We reserve the right to charge your card for shortage and damage. We take cash, check, or credit card. (Visa-Mastercard-Discover-American Express)

 

How will I receive my items?

All items will be clean and packed for you. Please return all boxes and linen hangers. You may pickup your rental items if you have the appropriate and clean vehicle. Also, please bring blankets to cover and pad the items. We reserve the right to refuse to load our items in dirty or otherwise inappropriate vehicles. If it is raining some items cannot be taken unless they are in a covered vehicle.

You may also arrange delivery with us. Our delivery charge is based on circumstances. Our normal charge is for out of delivery truck to a ground level location.

 

How do I return the items?

If you came to our store to pickup the rental items , they should be returned to us the next business day from 8-5pm. Other arrangements can be made if this does not work for you, please check with us. If your order was delivered it will be picked up the following Monday or Tuesday. We can also accommodate you with after hours pickup and delivery. All china, glassware and silverware should be cleaned before returning to their crates. Tablelinens should not be washed. If they are wet please do not put in a plastic bag, as this will cause mildew which is not easy to remove and you may be responsible for replacement.

 

Will you setup and teardown?

There are some items that we must setup and teardown. i.e. staging, canopies, dance floors. If you would like your tables and chair setup and teardown you must make prior arrangements with us so we can a lot the time necessary.
