Rental Policies
Reservations
A valid driver's license and major credit card are required for all
rentals. All party and wedding reservations require 50% down. To
ensure availability, we suggest reservations as soon as possible. No
order is confirmed without a signed contract and 50% down. Please
understand that these items are on hold for you on the date of your
event. If you choose to cancel your reservation we reserve the right
to keep the 50% .We do allow you to adjust your quantities to a
certain extent but we would appreciate it if you do so within 3
weeks of your event. The balance of your reservation is due upon
pickup or delivery.
Delivery
All delivery prices are for ground level deliveries. Additional
charges may be incurred if we cannot park our delivery truck close
or have to carry items up stairs or long distances. Please let us
know about the delivery location so we can allow enough time for
special circumstances. We try to make your delivery as convenient
and timely as possible. If additional delivery vehicles are needed
there may be an additional charge.
Pickup
Pickups are generally on Monday and Tuesday. Due to the numerous
pickups we may be unable to give a definite time. We will try to
work within your time frame but please understand that things happen
beyond our control. All rental items must be stacked, protected from
weather and available to our delivery persons.
China-Glassware-Silverware must be returned clean and in the proper
containers supplied. Linens should be dry and packed in boxes.
Please do not clean linens.
Customer Pickup
You are welcome to pickup your rental items. Please make sure to
bring a vehicle large enough and that it is clean. It is advisable
to bring blankets and tarps to cover items. We do reserve the right
to not allow you to take the rental items if the appropriate vehicle
is not supplied.
Setup
There are certain items that we must setup. Examples-Colonnade
Archways, Party Canopies, Staging and Dance Floors. We do not have
personnel to setup tables and chairs. If at sometime we do have the
time it must be prearranged and there will be charge for it. Please
ask.
After Hours Pickup
On certain occasions we are asked to pickup after our regular
business hours. This must be prearranged between our delivery
personnel and you. Please ask.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from time
of delivery or pickup to the time of return. Replacement cost will
apply to items returned unusable or missing.
